John Alobwede Ngome
Alobwede John Ngome is a Researcher in Energy Security, Issues of Energy Governance & Sustainable Development, at the Department of Political Science - Vrije Universiteit Brussels in Belgium. He managed the Archives Section of the Faculty of Architecture at the Free University of Brussels – Belgium (2010 - 2012). He was co-organizer & auditing Graduate Student at the University of Kent in Brussels (UKB), & Teaching &Logistics Assistant for the course on European Energy Security at the UKB. He is a Senior Research – Administrative – Teaching Assistant at the European Post-Graduate School of International & Development Studies, Brussels Diplomatic School. He holds the Master of Arts in Governance & Development Policy from the European Post-Graduate School of International & Development Studies (2009-2010) & the Master of Arts in International Politics (2007-2008). He earned the Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in Logistics & Mobility Management jointly from the ULB –UCL-Polytechnic Mons – University of Liege – University Faculty of Namur & Saint-Louis & University of Mons (2006). He obtained the Masters in English Modern Letters from the Faculty of Arts, Letters & Social Sciences in the University of Yaoundé 1 - Cameroon. He holds a number of important Certificates: A certificate in Management from Namur (2007), Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Overmolen – Brussels (2007) Certificate in Development Cooperation – CTB (2011), Academic English Speaking , Effective Scientific Communication , Project Management – VUB (2013), Certificate in EU Energy Policy from the Institute for European Studies Brussels (2013), Certificate in Contemporary Energy Security: Models, Markets & Strategies from University of Kent Brussels (2013) amongst other qualifications. His research interest is in the areas of Sustainable Development, Energy Security & Energy Governance.
